TURNAROUND TIME:


There is currently a 5-6 week turnaround for personalized items.  If you have a deadline, please feel free to e-mail me prior to order to ensure I can meet it for you.  I try my very best to ship items faster than this amount of time, but due to some issues (listed below), it may meet or exceed this time.

This turnaround is approximate.  All of my work is done by hand by only me. During holidays and busy seasons (spring time/back-to-school), please expect this timeframe rather than earlier delivery. Sometimes I have issues with vendor orders shipping in a timely manner due to back-orders or order minimums - this is the main reason for the timeframe.  

♥ All appliqués are custom made unless otherwise specified. For this reason, payment is due at the time the order is placed and no changes may be made once the order is finalized.

♥ If you do not care for a specific print or color, notation of this preference must be made at time of order.

♥ All applique items are priced based on materials used. If you wish to order something which is not listed on this site, please send a price quote request or email us directly. Although most items do have set prices, some prices vary depending on availability of blanks. This price variation is usually minimal.

♥ Exchange Policy: Should an item be sent to you where a mistake occurs due to my error, I will be happy to replace the item. In some cases, blanks must be ordered for replacement orders. This does take up to seven business days - sometimes longer depending on vendor. If the customer is unwilling to wait for such a time, store credit will be given to the customer. In order for a replacement to be processed, the original item must be returned to me. A pre-paid return shipping label will be emailed to customers who receive items with errors due to the fault of A Pinch of Pretty's.  If a return/exchange is arranged where A Pinch of Pretty is not liable for a mistake or flaw, the item must be returned at the customer's expense.

♥ Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued due to the personalized nature of items created. Store credit will be offered on a case by case basis depending on the specifics of the reason for exchange.
